You’d be forgiven for thinking that this is just a paltry rip-off of the incomparable NJoy Eleven. However, they say that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery – and this toy is extremely complimentary.
Like many of the sex-blogging community, the nJoy ‘Eleven’ is one of those products that we are all pretty in lust with. Stainless Steel is a fantastic material to play with, thanks to the fact it can be warmed or chilled – and the added weight of thrusting with a stainless steel toy is just shear prostate bliss. So when MEO asked me to choose some products from their expansive catalogue of products, when I saw this – I naturally had to give it a try. It promised the same size and shape of the ‘Eleven’ but at a much lower price tag.
I was genuinely concerned this was going to be a very nasty rip off, but I was very pleasantly surprised. It ticked all my boxes… and then some. It’s definitely not a toy for the feint of heart.

The MEO Big Johnny Prostate Stimulator was sent to me free of charge in exchange for my honest review.
First Impressions
When MEO first got in contact, this item was sadly out of stock so was missing from our first box of review materials. However a couple of weeks later, this arrived in the post and I was so excited. MEO currently offer two versions of this toy – the Big Johnny and then the Little Johnny. The Big Johnny is around 10.5 inches in length, the Little Johnny is 7 inches in length. You can read more about the Little Johnny here.
The Big Johnny is presented in a luxury leather case with metal clasps, and presented in a simple plastic bag, much like most of the other items from the MEO range (including the Milking Stick and Anal Twist dildo). As you lift up the lid, the BJ (as I will now refer to it) is nestled in a foam-padded bed. It feels pretty luxury. The first thing you really notice is how heavy the BJ is. This weighty toy clocks in at 1.3 kilograms. It’s not as heavy as the Heavy Metal Intruder (which still takes the honour of being the heaviest dildo I have in my possession) but it’s still pretty hefty!
The surface of the BJ is smooth and shiny, but perhaps not as polished as it could be. There is no metallic smell either which I have noticed from lower quality metal toys. It’s dual-ended and has two rounded, bulbous tips that differ in size. At the smaller end, the tip has a circumference of 5 inches. At the larger end, it’s 6.5 inches. At the lower end, the shaft has a circumference of 2.5 inches, whilst at the larger end it’s 4 inches. The shaft also features 4 deep finger grooves to make it comfortable to hold. All in all, it seems pretty impressive and I couldn’t wait to give it a try.
In Use
Due to the size (and weight) this is not something that I would ever just ‘jump in’ and use straight away. Whilst the tip size is not larger than anything i’ve used before – Stainless Steel is not at all forgiving, so as there is no squish when inserting, I always want to take the time to ensure I am thoroughly warmed up before use.
The tips on the BJ are slightly curved inward, to ensure that during use, they provide maximum pressure on the prostate. After getting myself thoroughly warmed up using a couple of my favourite dildos, I got myself into position and got ready to insert the BJ. In the interest of taking it slow, I started with the smaller end. After coating the end and the shaft with a good coating of lube, I got on my side, pulled my knees up to my chest and began insertion. Despite being 5 inches and solid metal, the smaller tip inserted relatively easy.
For those of you who have read my reviews of the various metal plugs that i’ve tried, you’ll know that I am a big fan of that ‘pop’ you get when inserted something like a plug – when you go from the widest tip of the bulb to the narrow neck of the shaft. For me, it’s a delicious feeling and I always have to just stop and savour the feeling for a few minutes before continuing. The larger end provides a good grip to allow for thrusting, even when your hands are coated in a bit of lube.
As I lay on my side, I slid the BJ deeper inside, and before long, the tip was thoroughly nuzzling my prostate like an anxious puppy desperate for attention. The cold chill of the steel has my hairs standing up and I am ready to start thrusting. The weight of the BJ means that with each thrust, my p-spot is taking a battering (in a really nice, pleasant way) and I am reminded of the feeling that I get when using the Intruder. It doesn’t take long for it to have me panting and arching my back in pleasure. The orgasm is strong and knee-shaking.
In the interest of ensuring a thorough review, I tried using the larger end. Unfortunately, it’s just too big for me. Well, actually.. it’s not that it’s too big – i’ve used the Mick Lovell dildo which has a maximum girth of 6.5 inches – however, that is much easier to take as it’s made from softer silicone, but it also tapers to 6.5 inches gradually – where as this end is pretty intense. Despite numerous attempts, I just simply couldn’t get that end in. I am not going to give up trying, but right now, it’s just too much – the smaller end is perfect for me, and I am more than happy with that.
Clean-up and Maintenance
Steel toys are so easy to look after. You can spritz with toy cleaner and wipe clean. Or you can boil or put them in the dishwasher. Once you have finished, you can then store it away in it’s storage case ready for next time. You can use absolutely any lube you want with steel, and I tend to favour silicone or hybrid lubes for use with this. Don’t forget, you can warm the BJ up in some warm water to bring it closer to body temperature for a warmer ride – or for an even colder experience, just pop it in the fridge for 10 minutes before use. DO NOT stick it in the freezer though.
Summary
If you’ve ever been tempted by the Eleven but can’t justify the price, then rejoice! The BJ retails for €99 (which is approximately £75 at today’s exchange rate) making it a more affordable choice. The size is perfect for intermediate to advanced players, and the weight means that your delicate spots are thoroughly massaged into orgasmic bliss. I think it’s a beautiful little toy, and if you wanted a dildo for prostate play, and don’t like the idea of something ‘realistic’ – this could be for you. This might be a bit much if you’ve never used steel before, but is a great next step if you’ve experimented before. Just remember, steel doesn’t have any ‘give’ so just remember – WARM UP and use PLENTY of LUBE!
Where To Buy
You can get hold of the Big Johnny Prostate Stimulator from MEO for the insane price of €99,00 (£75 at today’s exchange rate – this will vary).

The Lowdown | MEO Big Johnny Prostate Stimulator
Pros: Firm, Fulfilling, and provides both internal and external massage.
Cons: Over a kilogram and the larger end is just too big for me at the moment.
Bottom Line: It’s solid, well made and packs a similar shape and dimension to the Eleven but at a much easier to swallow price point. A great toy to thrust with, and really knows how to tickle my p-spot.
