So up until this time last year, I had NO silicone dick. At all. The only dildo I had was this cheap, lousy TPR thing that stunk to high heaven. But after being educated on how important materials are, I threw it out and bought my first silicone dildo. Now we’re a year later, and I now have 12 gorgeous silicone beauties, and yet I still crave more…

I’ve been a little behind with reviews, and i’m doing my best to catch up, so today I am presenting the last 2 dildo reviews I have for Sextoys.co.uk.

The ‘Hank’ was sent to me for my honest review – and whenever I receive a package containing anything from Tantus, I get incredibly excited. Their silicone is some of the nicest silicone I have felt, and i’ve yet to try out a dud Tantus toy. Would the ‘Hank’ continue the trend? Well let’s take a look, shall we?

First Impressions

The ‘Hank’ is weird little dildo. It’s both big and small, all at the same time. I’ll explain in a moment. The packaging is very typical of Tantus – colourful outer box with see-through panels, so you can see your toy before you open it. Pulling the ‘Hank’ out of the box, I had to stifle an ‘awwww’. He has the tiniest balls i’ve ever seen on a dildo. And then you look at his fairly thick shaft, and my brain just couldn’t comprehend the size difference.

The ‘Hank’ has a rounded, bulbous head which is made from a slightly shinier silicone, and then the rest of the shaft is more ‘matte’ but still feels smooth, and there is some wrinkled details. ‘Hank’ has a respectable 6 inches of insertable length. Around the tip of the shaft, it has a circumference of 5 inches, whilst towards the base, it’s 4 inches. Despite the small balls. it seemed to stand up OK, and my ‘Hank’ almost had a slight ‘suction’ cup effect, when I slapped it on the desk. But just to make it clear, this is NOT a suction cup dildo.

There is a slight curve in the shaft which I hoped (combined with the large, rounded tip) would work together to stimulate my prostate to orgasmic delight. Before I jumped into bed with Hank, I warmed myself up with Leo (as it’s a much softer silicone) and was ready to get down and play.

In Use

With a liberal coating of lube now covering Hank, it was time to insert. I was feeling nicely warmed up and aroused. As I began to insert, the smooth, rounded tip felt really great against the sphincter as I slowly worked it inside. Within a few seconds, Hank was completely inserted, it’s tiny little balls resting against my perineum. I lay there for just a few moments whilst I got acquainted. Hank had me feeling full, although at the same time, part of me was going… I wish there was just a bit… more. I guess my ass has an appetite now?

I really like ‘thrusting’ with this toy. It’s got a decent enough length that it hits the prostate nicely, but it’s not overly textured, meaning it doesn’t completely over-stimulate me (as some heavily textured toys can). Grabbing the Hank by it’s little balls and just thrusting with it felt really pleasurable. With every deep stroke, the rounded tip was carefully and expertly playing patty-cake with my p-spot. As I got more frantic, the sweat was starting to bead on my forehead, and my cock was now twitching with excitement – almost begging me to play with him. I really wanted to change position – I needed to ride it.

Well, how could I ride it? It doesn’t have a suction cup – and the base is so small that trying to get it to stand up on anything other than a smooth, flat surface was nigh on impossible. Well, I had previously noted that when I slapped the Hank on my desk, it did almost create a ‘suction’ effect – I wondered if actually, just maybe… it was possible. Well there is only one way to find out….

So I jumped off the bed and reached for the LoveArc (review coming soon) and slapped Hank against the shiny, smooth metal bar. It stuck… kinda. Without wasting time. I got into position and sat back onto the Hank until he was in. Slowly, I started to rock the LoveArc and got a good rhythm going – it seemed to be holding in place – then again, I got caught up in the moment, I couldn’t actually tell if suction was still holding or whether my ass was just grabbing onto it. Either way, I was in bloody heaven.

It didn’t take long before I could feel the urge for a huge release. After thrusting the Hank deep one last time, I let go a whimper, and with my knee’s slightly trembling, I came. I like Hank. I like Hank a lot. Although, it’s not perfect – but you know what, who is?

Clean-up and Maintenance

As with all Tantus dildos made from 100% platinum grade silicone, you can boil it, bleach it, whack it in the dishwasher or just clean it with good old fashioned water and toy cleaner. Hank also attracts dust, so if you want to keep it clean, consider getting a little storage bag. If you don’t want to do that, then just remember to give it a quick rinse before your next use.

Summary

So as you know, when it comes to dildo’s – I don’t really ask for much. They just need to be long enough to hit the prostate, have a decent girth to provide that nice ‘full’ feeling – and a little texture/curve in the shaft wouldn’t go amiss because it just feels nice – and with all that taken into account, the Hank hits all the right spots (literally).

My only complaint is that base. If you aren’t going to give me a suction cup, then I think the base needs to be bigger for those of us that like to play hands free, or even when i’m trying to thrust – just something a bit bigger would make it so much easier to grip, especially when you have slightly lube-y hands!

However, even with that in mind, I still can’t really fault the performance of the Hank. It’s a good mid-size dildo, great for those beginners looking to take the next step.
